John is a certified trainer, coach, speaker, DISC Consultant, and founding member of The John Maxwell Team. John has an associate degree in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor’s, Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Pastoral Theology. He has taken numerous courses, classes, and workshops earning certificates and certifications, ranging from business management and leadership to life coaching and streaming media consulting. John believes the key to fulfilling your dreams is to grow into them. Lastly, John holds a fifth-degree black belt (master level) in Moo Duk Kwan, Tang Soo Do Martial Arts with the National Black Belt Karate Association.
John brings a distinct mix of Ministry, Business, and Leadership. His experiences span over 45 years of the development of human capital in multiple disciplines in social, ethnic, technical, and educational environments. He is the Metro Atlanta Area Director for the Christian Business Men’s Connection (CBMC), a ministry founded in 1930, currently in 98 countries and 330 cities in the U.S.
John has a unique gift; this gift is the ability to impact “the one” who impacts the many. Whether a pastor, a marketplace minister (CEO), a community leader, a father, or a mother, all of us have a God-given purpose of making a difference in this world. Dr. Posey’s life’s mission is to help you make that difference.
John is Morpheus to NEO, Angelo Dundee, to Mohammed Ali, professor X, to the Xmen. He builds capacity in amazingly passionate and gifted people to realize the dreams that God has given them. He is not the guy who stands in the stage light, but he is the person who supports, strengthens, and maximizes the potential of “the one” who is on the stage.
On April 1, 2019, John and Sandra (married Dec 1979) Co-authored a 52-Week Marriage Equity Devotional. He co-founded Marriage Equity Systems, a marriage life coaching, training, and mentoring organization whose mission is to train and equip couples to “INVEST IN LOVE FOR A LIFETIME RETURN.” John and Sandra are the proud parents of three daughters: Rhea, Tasha and Alexus, and VERY proud grandparents of Zoe Alexandria Saunders.

Andre Kennebrew
Andre’ Kennebrew recently joined the Lifeshape International Staff as the Director of Relationships after spending 14 ½ years with Chick-fil-A. Andre’ started at Chick-fil-A in 2006 as a Franchise Selection Consultant. He spent 3 ½ years supporting the selection of Franchise Operators before moving over to Staff Selection to support the selection of Chick-fil-A Support Center Staff from 2010 to 2017. Andre’ moved over to work with the Leadership Development Program in Field Operations in 2017 where he supported the Recruiting, Selection and Coaching of Chick-fil-A Leadership Development participants.
Andre’ has built his reputation on two things. First, his unique ability to Recruit and Select Talent at Chickfil-A Secondly, Andre’ loves coaching and growing young talent. In addition, Andre’ loves supporting the growth of small businesses, non-profit organizations, and college and universities in advancing their mission by providing Leadership Training and Coaching.
Andre’ has lead interview classes and workshops with several colleges and universities to prepare students for life after education. Andre’ is a highly sought-after mentor for millennials and the GEN Z generations.
Prior to joining Chick-fil-A in 2006, Andre’ served as the Administrative Pastor at Mount Moriah Baptist Church of Tucker, GA. Andre’s Career also includes 15 years at First Union National Bank (now Wells Fargo) as a Vice-President in the retail banking division where he supervised branch banking locations in the Atlanta market. His first job out of college was in the retail management leadership development program at Kroger.
Andre’ is a 1982 graduate of Davidson College where he was a three-year starter and letterman in football. Andre’ earned a Master of Ministry Degree from Luther Rice Seminary in the Atlanta area in 2004.
He serves as the Chairman of the Point University Trustee Board. He is also a member of the Impact 360 Curriculum Board and the Water Mission Board.
Andre’ lives in Lilburn, GA with his wife Donna. They have been married 33 years. They have two children. Holden is 30 and Kristen is 28.
His passions include providing career coaching for millennials and spending time with his family. He affectionately called “Coach Kennebrew”.

James Fisher
My name is James Fisher, and I’m from Bloomington, Minnesota. I was a student athlete at North Dakota State University, pursued a career in the NFL for the past two and a half years, and now after getting released by my fourth NFL team in late May of 2020 I decided to make Atlanta, Georgia my new home. I’ve loved being here since August of 2020, and I had joined a company called Maxair Mechanical as a territory sales representative. Maxair provides heating and air conditioning services, installation, and new construction buildouts. We also specialize in plumbing, as well as controls systems. My specific sales role covers the service, and preventative maintenance contracts for commercial buildings in the North Atlanta Metropolitan area. I enjoy helping engineers, facilities managers, etc. improve the quality and efficiency of their building’s environment as well as day to day problems that might pop up.

Bob Snelling
Bob was born in western Pennsylvania and received his bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy. Later he received his Navy wings and served as a Navy pilot during the Vietnam war.
Bob retired three times, as a Delta pilot, Delta flight instructor, and State Legislator.He now is the CEO of Takeoff Power where he is a motivational speaker, coach, and writing a book.
As a Christian he has served as a Presbyterian Elder, Lay Renewal Coordinator and Leadership Trainer, Teacher of Biblical Worldview under the Colson Center, and as a certified coach under CBMC, his denomination – ECO Presbyterians, CRU, and the International Coaching Federation.
Bob has been married to Paula for 55 years. They enjoy being close to their five children, two by marriage, eight grand-children, two by marriage, and two great-grandchildren.

Gary Pernice
Gary Pernice is Executive Manager of Commercial Funding for Platinum Business Group, Ltd. having funded more than $127 million in mortgages, capital stewardship, and generosity funding since 2004. Gary is a public speaker addressing business, veterans, law enforcement, and church organization issues on a variety of topics from business and planning to finance and capital needs. Gary also gives a riveting testimony on how he survived a rare form of cancer with extreme odds. Gary has appeared on numerous local, state, regional and national television, radio and podcast programs, published a number of articles on mortgage finance, business planning, and his testimony of his climb back from catastrophic illness and personal failures in business and family, all with an emphasis toward the church and nonprofit market segments.
Gary has thirty-six years of business, mortgage funding, legal, and real estate experience. Having participated in over 200 real estate closings and hundreds of commercial and residential mortgage transactions, Gary brings a wide range of skills and personal relationships to Platinum. Gary served as National Counsel to the National Charity Awards, a nonprofit organization with close affiliations with the White House in Washington, D.C. As national counsel from 1989 to 1993, Gary had the duty and privilege of meeting with political leaders, former and current U.S. Presidents, U.S. Senators, Congressmen, and U.S. Supreme Court Judges. His duties included working with Governors and state officials across the country, as well as a host of Hollywood’s elite, sport figures, and other notables bringing awareness to the nation’s charities. Gary currently serves as advisor and senior legal research director to a general practice and litigation firm in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. Gary was Chairman of the CBMC Atlanta Metro Area Leadership Team from March 2010 to March 2014, representing the Christian Business Men’s Connection (CBMC) to businessmen and women of Georgia, and co-founder of the Greater Atlanta Business Network (GABN) and its predecessor, an outreach of The CBMC that features business leaders presenting inspirational testimonies of their spiritual walk with Jesus Christ and the impact of their faith in business.

Clayton Hemphill
Through various consulting and Internal Audit leadership roles over the past twenty years, Clayton Hemphill has managed global teams to create, build, and modernize Internal Audit functions that partner with the business to provide valuable process improvements.
Clayton has experience reporting to Audit Committees and senior leadership in public manufacturing, retail, and technology industries. He is a North Carolina Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds various other audit certifications. He has an MBA from Duke University and BS from Samford University. He recently moved to Atlanta, after four years in Orlando and twenty years in Raleigh, North Carolina.

TJ Davis
Terence J. Davis, a servant of God and humanity. As a U.S. Army Veteran, he transparently shares his brotherly love, battle scares, wisdom, and countless near-death experiences on and off the battlefield. His focus is to Enlighten, Equip & Empower Men to become transformed agents of change and Kingdom Ambassadors. He believes that this new life transformation is the empowerment movement to God’s call of duty in Men’s mentorship and discipleship.
His 17 plus years of servant leadership experience includes the following credentials: ministry licensed and ordained by the United American Freewill Baptist Association, US Army Chaplaincy, Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Theology from Mercer University, Associates in Christian Counseling degree at Immanuel Bible College, Certified CBMC Coach & communications liaison to personal injury attorneys, clients, and doctors.
